Let a little wild into your garden with this pretty and petite flower in a mix of colors!
Sometimes our wild weeds have more to offer than we know. Yarrow grows in our meadow which we keep natural rather than cultivated. It's part of our commitment to sharing the land here with native and naturalized plants and animals rather than going with the industrial agricultural methods of bulldozing through nature. Because our small farm is surrounded by natural habitat, we are learning to selectively harvest plants that nature grown for us. Our yarrow grows in small perennial patches among the Beebalm and Goldenrod. In addition to being food and habitat for native insects, Yarrow makes beautiful and long lasting cut flowers and the plants have many traditional medicinal uses. We've added some cultivated varieties to this mix including golden and coral colored blooms. Let a little wildness into your garden, plant these seeds somewhere you want them to come back every year.
